What started off being a bad experience was quickly turned around by Iain Fehr the manager of the store. When we switched from T-Mobile to Verizon we were supposed to receive our rebate and never did.. we came to Iain about the situation and he stuck with us the whole time and really went to bat for us!! Thank you Iain!! You made me believe in good customer service again.. keep up the great work
I had a very disappointing experience at this Verizon location yesterday morning. My boyfriend and I arrived right when the store opened and waited over an hour to be helped. When an employee named Latisha finally came out, she immediately had a negative attitude, saying she didn’t want to be there. Throughout the interaction, she repeatedly talked over me and would not allow me to speak, while being noticeably more polite and soft-spoken toward my boyfriend. Incredibly friendly helpful in swapping out a new SIM card that died when I was 5 1/2 hours away from home on a business trip. Really saved the day!
