Initially I was very pleased with my service at this store. The associate (I forget his name) helped me get a new phone and said we lowered my bill by over $40! He even showed me a print out with my “new monthly bill amount” on it. Fast forward two months later, got a bill that was more than $20 over the amount he showed on the printout that day. Called Verizon, they stated that the amount he gave me on the printout was a ONE TIME amount with some special discount on it for switching plans but that was not the actual amount ... read more
I have been in the Charlotte area for 6 years, originally from NW Indiana. Trying to find a reliable business that employees knows what they are doing is hard to find. When I first walked in, I was checked in immediately. The wait wasn't long. I was so surprised and shocked the person who did help me, she knew what she was doing. I was in there less than 30 mins. This store is 10x better than the other Verizon stores I have been too. I highly recommend this place.
They didn't have what I wanted and sales lady wasn't professional. Leaning on counter didn't offer any other options or nothing 🤦🏿♂️ 😕🤤
