Avoid a worker named Dianna. We picked a phone up from here and was told we’d be able to return it here by Dianna. Then Dianna continued to tell us a few days later that we cannot return the phone here and had to go to a different store. Never a good experience at this Verizon.
Wonderful customer service from Jordan. This dude needs a raise. Prompt, courteous, and very professional. Highly recommend him.
