I stopped by the Verizon Southpark store to get some tips on setting up my recent Apple Watch purchase. Kenneth greeted me upon entering and offered exemplary customer service to me. He was very helpful as well as other employees in the store! I love coming to this store!!!
I just bought a new Samsung S26 Ultra at this store. Kenneth Lewis sold it to me and set it up for me while I waited. He installed a screen protector at the same time. He was very knowledgeable and also called Verizon customer support to solve a billing issue. I'll be buying a phone for my wife from here in the not too distant future based on my experience.
