this was the best experience i’ve ever had in a phone store. the staff was so friendly and the store was smaller and felt more relaxed. Deanna was the absolute BEST to work with, patient and hilarious!

I went there to change to a new phone and Omar was great to make it quick and painless. The next day my fiancé and her family went to sign up for a new family plan from a different provider. We were helped by Chris and Patrick. Chris made it easy, but Patrick went above and beyond to make sure that everything went great. There was an issue with registering the new phones, and Patrick was empathetic and help her family with customer service to call the different provider and make sure everything worked.
