SCAM alert - I can't say if this scam is being perpetrated across Verizon or just at the Harvard Square location, but if you trade in a phone, make sure that your trade-in value is reflected correctly. When my trade in value was reflected inaccurately, I spent weeks on the phone AND in person trying to get the trade in-value corrected. I just needed to drop my old phone for traid-in at this Verizon location. The customer service representative was completely useless and arrogant in helping with this simple and straightforward task. I would give zero stars if I could.
I needed help transferring my phone number to a new phone today, and Jazzmin was helpful. After confirming some basic information with the store, the process didn't take long to complete. Am satisfied with the service provided and happy to leave this review. Thanks!
