I visited this Verizon location because I was having trouble securing the iPhone 18 Pro Max elsewhere. I typically don’t enjoy going into Verizon stores, but after calling ahead to confirm availability, I decided to stop by and met Ty. As the store manager, Ty was extremely helpful and efficient in getting my device arranged. I don’t always leave reviews primarily because I don’t think people really invest in customer service. Ben listened to me when I said, I didn’t have much time! He was informative and helpful with speed. And I left with information that would help me if I got stuck.
