No problem with the staff. They do not take devices return. DO NOT RETURN YOUR DEVICES HERE. Even though you disconnect the service and the email/online/over the phone agent tell you to do so. DO NOT BRING YOUR DEVICES HERE THEY DO NOT TAKE IT. Absolutely a waste of time and they just messing with previous customers with the return policy. CALL THEM. Ask for shipping label. And make sure you bring it back within 30days or you’ll get charged for 800$.
