Today I stopped by the Verizon on Howell Mill Road, and Xavier Jones (the manager) really looked out for me! I explained that my aunt is an older lady and, bless her heart, she can’t keep up with a phone to save her life. I told him I wanted something that would help me stay in contact with her without worrying about her losing another phone. No problem with the staff. They do not take devices return. DO NOT RETURN YOUR DEVICES HERE. Even though you disconnect the service and the email/online/over the phone agent tell you to do so. DO NOT BRING YOUR DEVICES HERE THEY DO NOT TAKE IT. Absolutely a waste of time and they just messing with previous customers with the return policy. CALL THEM. Ask for shipping label. And make sure you bring it back within 30days or you’ll get charged for 800$.
The rep greeted me when coming in and was very helpful and friendly. I was a bit talkative but he let it slide and indulged me..lol
