My mother and I were greeted by a young man named Gilles (sorry if name is misspelled). Given that we are both technologically challenged, he provided us excellent guidance in selecting our new phones and getting data transferred from our old ones. We couldn’t have asked for better service.
I spent hours on the phone with Verizon customer support and the employees in store took care of my issue in a fraction of the time. Gilles and Matt made the situation easy to understand and were extremely patient with me. I will come back to this store for everything I need in the future.
This store is so bad it makes me wanna go back to using a landline…the 10 employees not doing anything certainly ain’t helping but this place is awful. Save your time and sanity and go to a different location. I live near here so I’ve tried it 3x but all been a crapstorm. Im tired of the awful customer service this city has
S/o to Matthew, Amber and Jay. I had what I thought was a complex return but they handled it seamlessly. I really appreciate their prompt and kind service.
