I went to Verizon to take back my old phone because I had purchased a new one a month prior. The representative told me that I needed to go home to hook up to my WiFi to remove the security feature Find My IPhone. I didn’t understand that but nevertheless I did it . It was on a Friday at 5:30 PM with lots of traffic. Due to switching carriers I had to find a Verizon store that could provide me with a new SIM. This location was the closest to me and upon arrival everyone was welcoming and helped me right away. I was nervous of having a bad customer service experience due to a previous encounter at an AT&T store but thankfully that was not the case here.
