I bought a phone a while back from verizon, pretty much treated like crap i noticed the store had moved, so I went to the new store and the young lady in the store,her name was julia, helped me out awhole lot. She let me know things I did not know i am very grateful for her help. She made an otherwise bad day a whole lot better. I didn't get to get another phone but what I got is honesty and that is worth a lot more than any phone. Sure, thank you, julia.Your help was much appreciated

I've been a Verizon business customer for three years. Because I don't speak English, I go to this physical store to handle my business, so I can communicate using Google Translate on my phone. I want to change call forwarding for my company landline and the bank account that automatically pays my bills. Unfortunately, the staff seemed unskilled and couldn't help me, wasting over an hour.
