Amazing service by Jacob and very helpful. His manager Patrick made the process easy and smooth as well.
Pretty disappointed with the customer service at this store yesterday. I came in for an upgrade and the sales associate I was working with was not helpful. I asked her about a promotion the Verizon app was advertising and she said she had no idea, said I couldn't upgrade and told me I would need to go to the Auburn Hills store because they had a certain phone in stock and when I got there, they didn't. The Auburn Hills store was able to upgrade me and order my new phone.
Edit from 1 star to 5 ... I blamed the store, it was not the store.
I'm SO HAPPY to be back with Verizon. Jeff is Incredible 😄 , he went above and beyond to assist in the process to leave T-Mobile & transfer my cell service to Verizon. I bought the Google 10 pro XL. Give Jeff a raise. The entire staff is gracious and knowledgeable. Shout out to Jeanette too.
This place is a joke ... hope you have nothing else to do the day you come here
