Very poor customer service waited an hour nobody greeted me. Watched the sales rep lose over 5 sales. Pushing customers out as fast as possible. I waited one hour nobody greeted me. I wanted to add a line and upgrade a current phone. I use to own a chain of Tmobile’s, if this was one of mine I would get rid of management. Great staff and facility. Jeff took good care of me. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the phone I wanted to upgrade to. Helpful and friendly staff members as well. This is my second phone I got from this location and both experiences have been great. Thank you very much to the Verizon staff in Rochester Hills!

I had a very disappointing experience switching from AT&T to Verizon, and it all started at the store. The sales representative completely misrepresented the offer. I was promised ongoing promotional credits tied to maintaining certain add-ons like Disney+ and Hulu. That was a major factor in my decision to switch. However, those credits were never honored as explained. Not only that, the promotional credits on each device were actually reduced by $5 per line—something that was never disclosed during the sale.
