I had a very disappointing experience switching from AT&T to Verizon, and it all started at the store. The sales representative completely misrepresented the offer. I was promised ongoing promotional credits tied to maintaining certain add-ons like Disney+ and Hulu. That was a major factor in my decision to switch. Go to this store and ask for De’Jon. The guy was outstanding. He tried to upsell me (as expected) on a few things, but was never aggressive or pushy. He’s super knowledgeable, kind and great to chat with. Don’t bother going anywhere else - you won’t find better service.
