Jacob was great! He looked at my plan carefully and found ways for me to save money and made upgrading my phone easy. Very friendly and knowledgeable, too.
Just another typical Verizon store with absolutely horrible customer service from the staff inside.
If you go here look for Jacob. My guy has jokes and knows his stuff. We had real issues with getting my number ported over but he spent nearly 2 hours with service techs and port tech. He also stayed late to make sure we were good.
I’ve always had positive experiences at this Verizon store, and today we worked with Jacob and he went above and beyond!! He was friendly and professional, taking a lot of time with me and my 80 year old mother to make sure she understood her new iPhone! Thanks, Jacob!!
