They eventually helped, but only after I had to beg I came to this Verizon corporate store after an awful experience with a Verizon authorized retailer on Rochester rd. and Tienken that gave me an opened demo phone as if it were brand new. The box was already opened, the phone looked handled, and the screen had scratches/fingerprints. Very poor customer service waited an hour nobody greeted me. Watched the sales rep lose over 5 sales. Pushing customers out as fast as possible. I waited one hour nobody greeted me. I wanted to add a line and upgrade a current phone. I use to own a chain of Tmobile’s, if this was one of mine I would get rid of management. Great staff and facility. Jeff took good care of me. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the phone I wanted to upgrade to. Helpful and friendly staff members as well. This is my second phone I got from this location and both experiences have been great. Thank you very much to the Verizon staff in Rochester Hills!
