Long wait
Assistant manager was very rude. Came to simply purchase a watch for my son. Waited 75 minutes for 6 minutes of service.
Horrible customer service. Associates standing around talking to each other. There are 3 customers in here and we are not being helped?
The service here was amazing. So patient and kind. No pressure. Answered every question. Abigael helped us and then Travis, the manager, ended up helping us as well. It was refreshing to have such quality customer service during a stressful time.
