I went into the store after having my screen replaced to get a replacement screen protector. I bought the phone at that store (Maple Grove, MN Verizon) and they sold me a Verizon branded screen protector with a "lifetime warranty". I met with the manager who listened to my story. Instead of helping me and explaining the situation, he made me stand there while he called the store that fixed my screen to inform them that they told me the wrong information. Very bad service. You can sit for hours and wait your turn
Could not be a worse Verizon location in the entire country. When we arrived, there were four people we checked him in an automated queue and waited. Another person came over to get more information about what we needed and we told him we were buying a watch for Christmas. We then waited for almost 2 hours to get through the four people when we finally got to our turn Cody went and back and took a little break.
