Buyer beware! I was told I would be getting the Home device protection plan, but was not told how much it would cost. Also told verbatim that if my TV tips over or falls and gets broken, it would be covered under the plan. Well, it’s not covered and wasn’t I surprised when there’s a $25/month charge. Fast talker she was….
My phone stopped charging and was completely dead. I took it into the store looking for some help but was turned away told to go online to submit my issue. From my dead phone!?!?!?!? At least the guy could have been pleasant about it. He just looked at me with such annoyance that I didn't know you cant help people that have issues WITH THE PHONES YOU SELL in your store.
Jon helped me out and was very informative! Great customer service, the entire staff was super friendly. Process was quick and easy! Coming here every time, recommending all my friends and family to come here.
