Horrible customer service. Associates standing around talking to each other. There are 3 customers in here and we are not being helped?
The service here was amazing. So patient and kind. No pressure. Answered every question. Abigael helped us and then Travis, the manager, ended up helping us as well. It was refreshing to have such quality customer service during a stressful time.
Billy was amazing…I’d go as far as saying he’s one of the best at Verizon. Added a line, added an iPad…all in record time. Thank you!!!!!!
Buyer beware! I was told I would be getting the Home device protection plan, but was not told how much it would cost. Also told verbatim that if my TV tips over or falls and gets broken, it would be covered under the plan. Well, it’s not covered and wasn’t I surprised when there’s a $25/month charge. Fast talker she was….
