After three years with Verizon, I can confidently say this company has serious accountability issues. When we upgraded to the iPhone 14 Pro Max, we traded in our old phones at this store under a promotion promising an $800 credit per line. We met every requirement — but the credits were never applied. The store took our phones and failed to properly document the trade-in, which is where the issue began. Stay clear of this location. I stopped by to drop off my old phone as needed for my recent upgrade. I was told Verizon was encouraging customers to keep their device and they’d give me a credit toward my bill. However I didn’t need my old phone I wasn’t opposed to any credit. These jokers added a line to my bill and sent me on my way. I was helped today by Jonathan. I communicated to him that I simply wanted to exchange my old phone for a new 16 and nothing else. He offered to give me another line and to also keep my original phone instead. I declined. He went into the back for 25 minutes and came back with a quote for the deal I said I didn’t want. I told him no again. He then shows me a quote for the requested upgrade and includes additional add-ons that I did not want such as google ai. I then asked him how long the quote is good for. Done going to this store, rude place, been that way a while. Needed a S25 to replace one that I lost, clearly said that I lost it, they could not spend 10 mins to get it setup in the store, sent me home to do it myself and it keeps trying to verify who I am on the OLD phone that I do not have. Just a bad attitude here all around and go somewhere else.
