Horrible, Horrible experience from the store level to corporate support. This group at the store is only interested in the sale and commission/bonus. I've spent 20+ hours switching over phones with absolute roadblocks at every single step. I was told my bill will be in the $150 range....it's $250. Even if there are a few adjustments it will be $200. This place is classic bait and switch.
