There's a very friendly staff at this busy Verizon store. When you arrive, they check you into their virtual queue so you're helped in the proper order. There are tables and chairs set up all around the store where employees do one-on-one interaction with the customers. If you're familiar with the customer care hold music, don't be surprised if you hear it wafting about the store as you wait for assistance.
Extremely incompetent and rude staff. Went to get some help with device agreement and despite the customer service screaming that they have access to same system and can help me out. This ridiculous staff declared that they don’t even have access to information.

⭐ 1 Star Extremely disappointed with my experience at this Verizon store. The store representative mishandled my order, falsely marking it as cancelled even though I picked up all the devices — three iPhone 16 Pros and two Samsung S25 Ultras — which are active on my account right now. Because of this incompetence, I had to escalate the issue to the Verizon Executive Relations Team.
