The store representative mishandled my order, falsely marking it as cancelled even though I picked up all the devices — three iPhone 16 Pros and two Samsung S25 Ultras — which are active on my account right now. Because of this incompetence, I had to escalate the issue to the Verizon Executive Relations Team.
