Had a great experience at this Verizon store, largely due to great customer service and the nice interior. I was in just to get a new phone screen protector and new phone case, which was all taken care of very promptly and efficiently. The store itself is clean, spacious/open, no horrible obtrusive music playing, pleasant to be in frankly. Enough product selection to keep you busy while you wait for service, but its not cluttered up with stuff either (which is probably pretty standard for Verizon stores). Both my wife and I purchased IPhone-17’s The service at the El Toro Version store was five star. Both sales people Pedro and Armando were incredibly patient as well as knowledgeable. The service was excellent and their ability to assist us was beyond our expectations and we’re grateful for choosing Verizon.
Tina was amazing!! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable it actually made our experience at Verizon the best we have ever had ! Usually it’s painful and exhausting but we will always try to come back here and see Tina ! She is a keeper!!
