Rude and disrespectful for long time customers
My husbands phone which he had purchased at this store, was not working properly. We tried Verizon phone customer service several times, and they sent us a new phone. Tried over the phone to get it set up / no luck. Went into the Lake Forest Verizon store on El Toro - a nice representative assisted with the set-up. Took the phone home, only to find out that the screen was locked, and we could not access the phone without inputting my husbands pin number every time. My husband is 84 years old and has dementia. I came to the store and I was help by Tina and she helped me set up my international call to Germant. She did it in the best possible way and the most economical way to find a solution to my request and I really appreciate all the help. She’s very friendly and helpful.
