Cris was SUPER helpful! He answered all of our questions, helped us upgrade and we got SO many good deals! They are so friendly and kind there! I don’t understand how you guys could have one bad review! Will definitely be back for any more needs!
Employees will strongly pressure you to purchase other stuff that you don't ask for. I told them I did not want specific things. Upon receiving my first bill I found out so many things were added that I said no to. It was a pain to call customer service and get it all figured out... Watch out for them. Not sure if the said employee still works there or not but it caused a ton of grief.
Will was fantastic! He helped me reset my old phone for trade in, put the screen saver on my new Pixel 9, and gave me lessons on Gemini! Top notch service.
My mother went in to get a better deal on our lines and phones the other day. The man who helped up was extremely rude and kept pushing for other things instead of doing what she asked. He switched us to a lower data plan and said we wouldn't lose anything but in reality we lost half of our phones capabilities. He was extremely rude and was very unhelpful. Switching to AT&T today. Unreasonable prices and poor customer service
If you have a choice, ask for Will. He is awesome!!!
