I visited the store with the simple goal of holding a phone to determine which size would work best for me. Unfortunately, every device had bulky security hardware attached, making it impossible for me to actually hold one in my hand. When I explained this and asked for assistance, Courtney seemed more interested in showing me features of the phone rather than listening to my request. The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.
