Very helpful.
Horrible customer service. I paid for an upgrade and went to pick it up. When I went to pick it up, they said there was a fraud alert and we had to call customer service. Called customer service, and they released the fraud hold and instructed me to return to pick up the upgraded phone I purchased. When returning to the store, the assistant manager Anthony said it's still on hold. I requested him to reach out to customer service and get it taken care of. Verizon customer service is by far the worst in the business. It seemed that buying a phone not through them just makes them hate their plan members. I switched service in about 10 minutes while setting up my new phone with them was taking over 2 hours without any end in sight. Never going to look back.
