Horrible service went in because my sim failed they automatically assumed it was my bill and made me pay it before moving it it turns it wasn’t my bill and they told me they couldn’t help me in store anymore and made me contact tech support at home, was on the phone for over an hour only for them to tell me they could’ve helped me in store, worked with lady name Landon horrible
