I have been with Verizon business line and have 6 line with them with over 15 years had no issue with visiting the store for any help. this morning, I mentioned that I dropped my phone on the road and run over with the truck and obliterated. I had no access to my phone for authentication. I only have my ID and business credential to prove who I am that I owned the business.
