The manger is only a salesman cant fix anything with billing and they way overcharged :( . Thank Goodness for T-Mobile 3 lines at T-Mobile for only 157 taxes included. They lie from the start so glad to be away from this place. Thank you T-Mobile
I have been with Verizon business line and have 6 line with them with over 15 years had no issue with visiting the store for any help. this morning, I mentioned that I dropped my phone on the road and run over with the truck and obliterated. I had no access to my phone for authentication. I only have my ID and business credential to prove who I am that I owned the business. Verizon wireless is the place to go.
Awful service, multiple people just going to the back constantly in between customers would not recommend this place at all, very unprofessional.
