I was simply trying to pick up my new phone which I ordered myself as the demonstrable account owner, but was denied due to my name not being listed as someone capable of picking it up. It was not the strange issues with my account that was the problem in my view, it was the instantaneous combativeness I was met with. I went in there to help with upgrading my watch. The salesperson was so rude and awful. I did not understand why she was saying i couldn't as I was eligible and I have never had an issue in the past with upgrading my devices. She yelled at me that she was "trying to help me", even though she wasn't, and was turning away from me texting on her phone the whole time. She ended up storming off and went to help someone else. I've never had a pleasant experience at this location and will not be back.

Had a 1:00 pm appointment at Westminster store. Arrived about 10 minutes early and told the employee I had an appointment. A few minutes after 1:00 another employee asked if he could assist me. I told him I had a 1:00pm appointment and he told me there were 3 customers waiting ahead of me. I left. Why do they accept appointments if they can't honor them? Poor customer service!

This store is wonderful. I needed to purchase a new phone for my daughter. First, I went to the Owings Mills store and they tried to push me into plan I did not want and attempted to add services I specifcally said I was not interested in. Then, I went to the Westminster store and the experience was the exact opposite. They were wonderful, they helped me with everything and I left with the phone and plan that worked best for me and my family.
