Horrible horrible horrible experience! Traded in my Iphone 12 in July. I attempted to follow up the next month when the bill was high and was automatically told to give it 3 months. By the time the 3 months were over, the bill was still high. I went back in and was told that's just the way it was and it was too late to do anything about it. I was being charged $1100 for a phone that I was suppose to get for $200 after trade in. I was very unhappy. I tried calling a number they gave me, but did not get a resolution. Thank you, Madjed and Juan for exceptional customer service and a high level of professionalism in helping me with my Verizon business account. People like them make the difference between any store and one where people feel comfortable. This is my preferred store between many Verizon corporate stores I've visited before.

I can’t verify what went wrong with other people when they went to this Verizon store, but if I could give 100 stars I would. My wife and I just switched from AT&T after 15 years, upgrading 3 new iPhones and bringing over 3 Apple Watches. The process couldn’t have been easier.
