Verizon 625 Baltimore Blvd, Westminster. Appalling customer service. We brought a new Verizon pre-paid phone in there that we had purchased at Walmart. We wanted them to change over the old phone data, including the phone number, to the new phone. But this sales guy said that it required a new phone number. I asked him a few times why we couldn't keep the old number but he only repeated the same thing: "you will have to get a new phone number. The old number can't be switched over to the new phone". I went in there with a cracked screen and the young lady was trying to help me. Then this other man who works there stepped in to be of help and he was nothing but rude. He treated me like I was an old person who didn't know what I was doing. A friend of mine has also been there before and had the same issues with him. I ended up going down to the I break you fix place and he said if I had insurance I should go back down to Verizon. So I go back there.
