Every time we have needed assistance, the employees have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They've provided exceptional service and go above and beyond to meet our needs, answer questions and assure that we are getting the BEST value for our money. Today Katie, Adam, and Kirk all assisted us and were extremely helpful.
Manager was great at assisting and staff show they are well trained!
Verizon over the phone service was terrible the the in-store techs were fantastic and solved an incredibly complex issue that was otherwise fixable.
Manager is very rude, we are changing our service so we can work with a more professional team.
