I went in there with a cracked screen and the young lady was trying to help me. Then this other man who works there stepped in to be of help and he was nothing but rude. He treated me like I was an old person who didn't know what I was doing. A friend of mine has also been there before and had the same issues with him. Got laughed at by one of the workers when asking about buying a Sim card a while ago
I visited the Westminster, MD store today at the Crossroad Square shopping center and was assisted by Stephanie. I want to express my sincere thanks for her patience, friendliness and vigilance. I had an issue with service on a number that became complicated, and Stephanie not only resolved it, but she made the experience pleasant.
