We had an excellent experience with Ron at the Verizon store in Secaucus. He assisted my family and was highly knowledgeable about the products and services offered. Ron provided clear, thorough explanations and demonstrated genuine professionalism throughout the entire interaction. His friendly demeanor made the process pleasant, and he even helped us find options that saved us money. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and will gladly continue our business with Verizon.
As an update - I’ve had great great support from three agents - JC (he is a rockstar), Malcolm & Alex! Not sure what changed or maybe I was too quick to judge - but this store has given me a very positive response in the last few days especially with the new iPhone launch! What happened with this place? So sad going in there and not much to see... they have more workers than phones... love Verizon
Claims to offer Verizon Fios services, but in reality, they can’t help with anything related to Fios. Very misleading and incredibly frustrating.
The biggest question is - why are there physical Verizon stores where the agents there with a very straight face are not willing to even give a shot at resolving your query! Just invest in phone & online support -save money Verizon!
