Was quoted a price, and it was a lot more than they said. Once the bill came in i am in a budget. It was not happy at all
Who ever was working on Saturday October 3, 2026 at 7:00pm was giving my family and I the absolute worst customer service. The female employee was reluctant to help and just had the utter look of disgust on her face helping a family of color out with their phone upgrades. Didn’t answer any questions and just seemed hurried to get us out the store. Don’t recommend this location at all. Get your customer service skills up because this is sad.
Jaidyn was a big help in my visit and gave me all the info i needed, plus helped me set up a student discount, 10/10
I don't know who needs to hear this but Jesse deserve a raise and his own store! I was having such a bad day and need to ask a ton of questions. He was super polite and respectful. This man went above and beyond for someone who was not in the best mood. From now my family will only come here and ask for him personally. Please give this man kudos
