Extremely disappointing experience. As a former Verizon employee, I was shocked by how much has changed and not for the better. From the moment I walked in, the energy was off. The staff seemed more focused on pushing sales than actually helping customers. While listening to other interactions, it was clear that customer service was no longer the priority.
