Zac provided exceptional customer service with my bill review request. He took the the time to review and provide recommendations for optimal pricing since my main concern was that my current bill is too high. This young man went above and beyond and showed me numerically why I was paying so much and what we can do to reduced it. Told me they’ll charge me $30 to transfer data. I was going to get 2 phones. I’ve gone to several Verizon stores in my life and have never paid to transfer data especially when I’m upgrading phones. I’ll be going to a different location.

We had to connect to the guest wifi because The verizon 5G service was terrible in there own store, thats ridiculous. Plus we had to wait about 1 hour just to talk to a sales associate, even though we seen 3 workers just chatting and walking around the store, no urgency to get us a new phone.
