Went to this store because my phone suddenly went into SOS mode. I was helped by Keedrick who was SO kind, knew all about the iPhone 13 problems, and changed my SIM card no problem. He even let me use the store phone to call my dad because my phone wouldn’t let me take calls!
The two guys who helped us out, can't remember their names, did an awesome job, took us 3 days to get everything correct and going . Thank you for helping us out.
