Very nerve - racking. Assisting my replaced phone was a joke. The guy tethered my information, leaving me with the same issues and lost information didn't use the same sim card added a new didn't give me the old sim card and left it in the old phone I'm screwed I have five apps that can't be used now, and valuable information can't be transfered from those apps I told the guy I needed the information down loaded properly he assured me by mirroring will be okay. I have had bad experience in the past with this location but unfortunately I didn’t remember before placing an online order for pick up. Ordered two Ipads online and chose this store for pickup. I received the standard email stating order would be ready within 5 days. On the fourth day I received an email (minutes before closing time) saying my order had been canceled for non-pick up. So sad that Verizon is getting worse by lying to you. If you have a problem with payment they will tell you to call customer service I did and customer service tells me I need to go back to the store and i said no. Customer service was very nice with me in the beginning it was rough talking but then later a good one. Customer service did a better job than at the store They deformed us wrong so sad they just don't want to deal with us and I wasn't Karen lol was talking nice and left the store all good. Just saying.
