This review is for Verizon allowing third party companies to operate their stores. I am out $500 because I didn’t go to an official corporate Verizon store. Why make them operate in your name in the first place?

The employees are so unhelpful as well as the manager Jermey. He was rude and could not help with anything, not even helping me with a solution. Terrible terrible lazy service. We are thinking of canceling our family plan that’s how terrible they were, and I never complain, this speaks volume
