Excellent customer service! Explained with detail. Paid only $43 for upgrading to a newer phone. This is an actual Verizon store, not 3rd party (Victra). They wanted to charge me $150+.
Jermey very bad service checked customer in before me i thought version valued customers who are paying very disrespectful and rude with the amount of money i pay this company… Joining this service had been nothing but problems bill increase when they broke down the bill in front of me that price wasn’t calculated at all don’t trust their SCAMS.
No one wants to help! I hope they can pay some attention to their customers
