Joe Miller was the most helpful employee I have run into at Verizon Southtown. He explained my bill and helped me to make some useful changes to my plan. Sometimes I have felt that I couldn't trust the employees at Verizon, but he and I shared some laughs and we were on the same wavelength. Back to Verizon Southtown in October of 2024. Ali went above and beyond in helping me replace a missing phone. Never expressed frustration once. A true 💎 gem.
Jacob Brown is the goat. I came in on Sunday afternoon to get a new line and a phone, and Jacob helped me all the way through to understand what plan was better for me and what was best to do in mi situation. The rest of the staff were really nice as well. Great customer service and store!
Done with verizon, I won't go back. Trying to nickel and dime me on every chance they can
