The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.

I came in to get my SIM card replaced and left with a new SIM, a plan upgrade that lowered the cost of my monthly plan, two free phone upgrades, and two free Apple Watches. I was not planning to do anything beyond fixing my SIM but Jake was so patient, considerate, and thorough in explaining all my options I couldn’t help myself! Jake has phenomenal customer service and was so sweet and kind to my partner and I. He paid special attention to our needs and was funny to boot. Give this guy a raise!
