Horrendous customer support. Have been charged more than our signed plan and WiFi service does not work. Lied to again and again. I never thought I’d say I would go back to Xfinity but Verizon is even worse.
Zarief was great and very knowledgeable! He helped my mom with her phone when she was confused.
