Zack was pretty awesome to be honest he was quick and respectful I really like going to Verizon now because of him I’ve never met such an awesome employee.

My mother and I went into to the store the other week to get new iPhones. We personally were not in any rush to get new phones unless there was a good deal/promotion available. The service representative guy that we were set up with was a bit odd and then borderline pushy/rude/annoying.
