In short, the service at this location absolutely sucks. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I can't anymore. When we made an appointment to transfer from Xfinity mobile to Verizon we found out too late that there were several things we needed to do before arriving. After doing what we were asked we were told they yet again couldn't finish the process. Then when we were told to hang onto our old phones for a while until everything was done. Danial or Dannie was absolutely the most helpful and knowledgeable person and service person I’ve encountered in years. Getting a new phone and utilizing it would not have been possible without her help. She is a 12 on a 1-10 scale
