They have always treated me well here. Jason was attentive and called and spoke to customer service on my behalf. They have always done their best to resolve my issues. They seem like they care about their customers and I am grateful.

In short, the service at this location absolutely sucks. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I can't anymore. When we made an appointment to transfer from Xfinity mobile to Verizon we found out too late that there were several things we needed to do before arriving. After doing what we were asked we were told they yet again couldn't finish the process. Then when we were told to hang onto our old phones for a while until everything was done.
