Went into the cascade store to look at options of moving back to Verizon from a grueling AT&T experience. Was greeted and shared someone would be with me. I was greeted by Sam who took his time to assist me in determining the best package for my family. Sam was so willing to take time to ensure all 4 of the new phones were set up properly and working.
