Ashley was extremely helpful and welcoming. She promptly searched for the best deal for adding a line for my son while upgrading my device. She even went as far to hand write out what our monthly bill would be and entertain my fidgety son. She took great care of us and I would highly recommend giving her a visit!

I had stellar customer service today in two visits to the Washington Square Verizon store. Owen helped me with a tech issue on my old phone and when I brought in a new phone to be activated Nick handled the setup. Both gentlemen were extremely polite, knowledgeable, patient, and resolved all issues. It is often rare nowadays to experience a high level of service, yet you will find it at this store. Thank you very much.

Sean and Fransisco are the guys you want here! They are great problem solvers and very professional. They both went the extra mile and got creative to address my problems with a phone that was acting like it had malware: wouldn't turn off, wouldn't allow any button function and couldn't make calls. This store if far superior to the Cedar Hills location. Go here.
