My experience with Verizon has been very unfair, and I want to share it so other customers can be aware. One of my phones had two active lines. I went to the Verizon store and asked them to disconnect one of the lines because I no longer needed it. The line stopped working that same day, so I assumed the cancellation had been completed correctly.
