Guy with a walking disablity was not tryna help me at all, tryna make it seem like im the problem and and doesnt care to find a solution like his boss does. i basically walked out of there saying im gonna go to another store to get my sim problem fixed and i did. He was saying i had no other option but to get another phone because my screen is cracked and i have low credit. Today my second line and free phone is coming in so idk what that man was so petty about
I am disabled and Sam helped me with the chair and opening the door for me. I just had a small purchase and he still treated me with respect. He was very helpful as others in the store were. I will be going to this Verizon store from now on.
