I recently switched back from Optimum to Verizon for my cellular device (from home by calling the 800#) and the sales rep on the phone told me I needed a transfer pin which I provided. I was told that there would be NO INTERRUPTION in service. I was told Optimum will disconnect and Verizon will automatically take over. Well, that is exactly what DIDN'T happen!
