Slowest service in history! I’ve been here for an hour and have still not taken me. A woman said that a person had an appointment for 5 o clock when I was here for so much longer. Had 5 workers helping 2 people and one was playing on his phone. You guys have said that this will be fixed this hasn’t been fixed. Dario was the gentlemen that helped me. I didn't even have to track anyone down. He saw me walk in and approached me, answered all my questions and went above and beyond in explaining different things to me. He was even willing to help me wipe my old phone when it comes down to turning it in. This man is in the right position at his job. It's refreshing to see that good customer service still exists. I highly recommend this store and specifically working with Dario. Well done D
