Awful customer service, there’s nobody to greet you or give any information. I waited 1.5 hrs just to be told they can’t help me solve the problem I have with their system, the Hispanic looking woman was extremely rude.
female employee within the store was amazing not only did she help solve a problem with one of my lines. She also helped to save me some money.

Went to this location between 3-3:30pm today, 2-15-26, to buy a screen protector. The girl made me scan a QR code and sent me, a customer, away to get one from inside the nearby mall to “save money”. Would have been great had the guy inside the mall not been rude and said I’d have to order one anyway. Meaning I’d pay MORE for shipping. Had to go to another store all together just to buy a screen protector when I originally told the girl I wanted to buy one.
