Been a Verizon customer for over 25 years, and bought all my phones there. My new phone has a few scratches on the screen protector. Went into the store today to replace it, wrongfully assuming it would be a couple bucks or even free. Dude tried to charge me almost 70$ hahahaha. A flimsy piece of sticky plastic hahah. I have been in this store total 5 hours over the past 2 days and have been on the phone for 2 hours. 7 hours and im still in the same place as I was when I walked in. I do not blame the store or there employees. But at this point I have no choice but to leave verizon for my business,personal, and home. Today I sat and waited for nearly two hours and as an hour before closing occurred employees were ending there shifts leaving one employee to tend to the 10 plus customers waiting.
