Just lost my business after 25+ years. The very rude blonde female working on July 4th kept trying to upsell me and quoting me incorrect pricing for what we wanted. When I asked her to please stop quoting me pricing for things I was not interested in, she said “Ma’am you need to be gracious that I’m trying to save you money”…. I stood up and walked out. I have stayed with Verizon because of pure loyalty but being disrespected when I ask her to please stop with the Hulu packages, I’m not interested. Do better Verizon.
When My Husband first bought my Verizon Fold phone I thought it was nice and coming back to Verizon again seemed good at the time but now I want to keep and go back to T-Mobile Because there have been too many updates and changes to this phone I can't even use it its not fun and it's complicated I still have my T-Mobile phone and service which is much more affordable and easier to use I am Not a Teenager and the drastic changes without warning with the cost of this service Is not appealing or better to use.
This store has the worst customer service ever! They will make you wait for hours, make excuses and are extremely unprofessional. Pick another store or carrier.
Was recently in the store for a few different transactions. Leslie and Conner took such great care of me. They set me up perfectly. I couldn't be happier. Thank you both for taking great care of me!
