Our older iPhones wouldn't transfer data to the newer iPhones we purchased at this store the other day. Went in for some help, they weren't sure what to do either. We had to purchase additional icloud storage to backup and transfer the data. It took a while to back the phone up, so the associate went to do something else. The manager let me know that normally they charge for this service, assisting with data transfers, and she's happy to let me stay there and use their Wi-Fi, but just make sure I don't take any of their cord... read more

We had a great experience tonight with Lenis and Leslie they were friendly if you need a new phone come visit them.
Incredibly incompetent staff would highly suggest going to a different store.
Save yourself the MANY trips you will have to make to get things right with this store! I will be going back for my sixth time today to have them look over the same issues I’ve been there for. They can’t get it right. Even spoke with the manager last time. Still not done correctly and over charged. Was lied to about the current promotions they had and now I’m stuck and they want to over charge me.
