I was told that if i tried out the Verizon Home Internet that I'd get a $100 credit even if i didn't keep it and well guess what, now i'm being told by Verizon that there's no $100 credit so EVERYONE BEWARE That the guys in this store LIE
Two adults go into the store to buy phones and get a Verizon plan. Only one is set up as an authorized user so when the other adult goes in to have something fixed on the account, they’re not able to do it and have to wait for the authorized adult to go in and say it’s OK if he does it. Would be so much better if when you’re setting two adults up on a plan that you make them both authorized users so both of them can take care of any problems that arise on their own and not require authorization from the other adult.
