I accidentally created a nightmare of a situation setting up my new phone. Leslie did a great job, figuring out the problem which was a headache that i Created. She was calm, cool, and collected with time it took to figure it out! Thank you, I’ll be back to this Verizon store

I'll start with saying the employees I worked with were very kind. The problem is Verizons business practice. I came in to switch a phone number from one Verizon plan to another Verizon plan. The super kind employee informed me that we needed to call a customer service number while in the store to do this. Weird to have me call an Indian call center when I'm at the physical store but alright. I wait on hold for 25 minutes and finally get through.
