I was trying to move mine and my son's lines to my husbands account, and upgrade our phones as well. The Customer Rep that was helping me, did not do it correctly, which caused us to be without service for about a week. Once the upgrades came, we could not get either phone to activate. So we went to the store. I worked with many of the reps at the store, and while they could not figure out what was causing the issue with our lines, each team member treated me very well. Robbie the SUPERVISOR is very rude refused to help us as we are brown two white people came in and helped them right away. They refused to acknowledge us. Very RACIST store do not recommend!!

Just lost my business after 25+ years. The very rude blonde female working on July 4th kept trying to upsell me and quoting me incorrect pricing for what we wanted. When I asked her to please stop quoting me pricing for things I was not interested in, she said “Ma’am you need to be gracious that I’m trying to save you money”…. I stood up and walked out. I have stayed with Verizon because of pure loyalty but being disrespected when I ask her to please stop with the Hulu packages, I’m not interested. Do better Verizon.

When My Husband first bought my Verizon Fold phone I thought it was nice and coming back to Verizon again seemed good at the time but now I want to keep and go back to T-Mobile Because there have been too many updates and changes to this phone I can't even use it its not fun and it's complicated I still have my T-Mobile phone and service which is much more affordable and easier to use I am Not a Teenager and the drastic changes without warning with the cost of this service Is not appealing or better to use.
