Wonderful experience at Verizon in Riverton. The manager and associates took care of my needs and answered all of my questions. Even disputed a charge I had been given regarding international calling.
Len was amazing in dealing with our phone transfer. We had many issues and she patiently handled every problem and resolved it perfectly. My mother has poor hearing and she was super patient and willing to repeat herself and explain things so she could understand. She handled our transfer start to finish and even dealt kindly with my grumpy husband. She’s a true professional.
If you need anything from Verizon, I strongly recommend visiting this retail location rather than relying on the call center. I initially made the mistake of signing up for a new account online after leaving AT&T, and almost nothing was set up correctly. When I went into the store for help, the entire team was helpful, patient, and knowledgeable.
