Con men!! Pressured me into buying a product I never wanted nor intended to use. Nothing wrong with the phone I asked them to unlock 🔑. I had cricket before making the mistake of walking into this ripoff establishment. My sales agent doesn't even have the decency to answer his phone 😒. I've read Nothing but complaints about Verizon wireless through the BBB. They use deceptive business practices too take advantage of unsuspecting customers 🙄 lm a veteran who deserves to be treated better than this.
Lack of knowledge and terrible customer service. Poor look for Verizon from a non-corporate store.
Recently visited the local Verizon store on Bob Bullock Loop in Laredo, Tx. to upgrade my phone which I have had for the last couple of years. We were greeted upon entering, and thereof attended to by Mr. Tyree Evans. He assisted us in getting the best phone for our needs and wants,while keeping us within our intended budget, and at the same time informing us about cost saving benefits, perks, and plans available from Verizon.
