Hi, Visited this store today to upgrade my wife's phone. I understand trying to get add ons to the sale, but Verizon has gotten ridiculous. We have been customers for over 20 years and they wanted 30 dollars to transfer data, beyond the other adds they kept trying to sell us. The salesman was polite and I understand was only doing his job. My advice is don't go to the Verizon store to purchase your upgrade, do it from their their website. The data transfer is very easy.
Every-time I come in this exact store I always feel like I’m treated like trash. One time I came in to upgrade my phone and the guy wouldn’t let me get no more than 2 feet in the door and wouldn’t let me look at the phone I wanted to get. I left did not come back for months well i ended up moving on this side and back over here.
