Very bad customer service ! Promised to deliver replacement IPhone on Friday after passing on Thursday cause my phone was jammed , when checking with fedex was informed it will be delivered on Monday . Called customer service and after waiting for 40 minutes was told noting they can do !

This was some of the WORST customer service I have ever received. I pray you never have to visit this store/location. When I walked in, there were three employees standing around, chatting. I spoke THREE TIMES before anyone said anything back. Okay… Later, when I was speaking with the manager to get an issue resolved. He left, went to the back and sent another employee who had no knowledge of what was going on. The employee he sent was combative and uninformed. Ordered my phone that I was getting for my trade in $1100 of a new iPhone upgrade. Picked it up yesterday no problem. Got it set up and had to call into support to get it transferred over, not a big deal. I take my old phone today to drop it off. Tell the lady my name and I’m dropping off. She checked the numbers make sure it matched and took it back. When she came back she handed me the receipt and said have a good evening. The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.
