Had a problem and they resolved it even purchased another phone and internet from them ‘AWESOME’
Verizon lied to me multiple times about picking up my phone. The agents are outsourced from some foreign country and are useless. There is no way to contact the store directly. Almost 3 hours wasted and still no phone. Please use any other carrier besides them.
Ordered a new phone charging cable over the phone. Picked it up here. Didn't even have to leave my car. Loved that. UPDATE - The first part of this review was during Covid lockdowns. We have been to this store a couple more times to trade in phones. The employees here are so nice, and patient. Explain the entire process and even helped me in setting up my new phone. Verizon is the best.
if I could hive it a zero. I would. Waited 1.5hrs, someone asked to help, I told him, he walked away. someone else came over, I told him, he did the same! Then I walked out!!!
I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the staff at the store. I came in quite a panic thinking that I had lost my phone number. I had tried to switch carriers and realized it was a huge mistake and wanted to come back. The staff was very calm and tried to keep me calm while I was really stressed out. They were very patient and helped me get everything sorted out. The manager was very involved, I believe her name was Jaulita? Thank you so much.
