Extremely disappointing experience at the Verizon store on Eastern in Henderson. I came in today because my phone suddenly lost cellular service. Tim Cheung initially told me the problem was my phone and recommended replacing it. I was prepared to purchase an iPhone 18 Pro outright, as I always do, and continue using my existing prepaid plan. Matt Meuse was a great help and representative. I asked a lot of questions and he patiently answered them to my satisfaction. He had great customer service skills especially when dealing with older people who aren’t use to technology.
