This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had — completely unacceptable!!! I’ve been trying to transfer an existing business account to my new Verizon business account for over two weeks. The most frustrating part is that I am already being billed, yet the transfer has still not been completed. Zach Francisco at Verizon made the process of reviewing and setting up my phone plan simple and easy to understand. He was knowledgeable, patient, and even wrote down clear steps so I wouldn’t forget anything later. Managing more than one phone can get confusing, but Zach took the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable with the setup.
