Eddy Akel ( Business Account Manager) & the sales rep gentleman in the store (unfortunately who i do not have his name), should be fired for acting in a Bait & Switch of giving false numbers and promises of credits to be given, along with lying in regards of promising my bill will be lower. All I wanted was a new modem/router because it was not performing at Verizon's standard. MUST MEET THE COMPANIES MONTHLY QUOTA. I went in to the Verizon store ready to switch companies. My bill had gotten so high. I met with Jessica. She took so much time with me to go through my Bill and helped me bring It down by almost $200 a month! She was so helpful patient and thorough and extremely pleasant! Needless to say I’m staying with Verizon and highly recommend you go and see Jessica today
I had a very disappointing experience at the Verizon store in Lake Zurich. I came in to complete a simple line transfer and expected basic in-store assistance. Instead, I was told to call myself and handle the process on my own, even though I specifically asked for help. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had — completely unacceptable!!! I’ve been trying to transfer an existing business account to my new Verizon business account for over two weeks. The most frustrating part is that I am already being billed, yet the transfer has still not been completed.
