They went above and beyond to help me! Kelsey was super helpful and stuck with me till the problem got fixed. The management was also very considerate when an unruly customer was yelling on their phone at someone and a manager politely asked them to tone it down or step outside so it wouldn't upset my 2 year old. No doubt, I'll be getting my next phone here.

I was in tru store yesterday for about 8 hours trying to switch from Xfinity mobile back to Verizon, what a total disaster, 8 hours worth. NONE Of this was either one of thier faults, it was all Xfinity and how incompetent they are, NEVER go to Xfinity unless you want to be treated like total garbage!! I have always had a good experience at this Lake Zurich location. The reason I am writing this review (my first) today is because Kelsey went above and beyond. Customer service sucks in many places these days. Being in customer service my whole life I needed to shout out that she was the best.
