You have to schedule an appointment just to drop off a phone which should only take maybe 30 seconds. Plus the process to schedule said appointment takes way longer than that, and so far has not worked after multiple tries. What is the point of having physical stores then?
Went in for a phone replacement and came out with 1 new phone and 2 upgraded phones and a updated box or Home internet. Samuel was amazing, great personality and worked well with the other reps in the store when he encountered an issue. That's a great team! I will never go to a "Verizon store" under another name (Plano, IL). Worth the 25 minute drive!
Verizon is no longer a good company. They have screwed up my last two upgrades and tried to charge me an additional $1000 in fees which took months to figure out. So if you are a Verizon customer be careful they like to charge fees on top of fees and sign you up for stuff you don’t want. Word of advice. Go else where for service until Verizon actually starts to care about their customers again. Consider yourself warned.
