I absolutely love Verizon, but the customer service at this location is disappointing. Every time I come in for something simple, no one greets me at the door or checks to see if I need help. I usually end up leaving after waiting far too long without assistance. This has been a consistent issue, and it makes the experience very frustrating.
These guys are amazing and set the bar of customer service at a whole new high. I have a brain tumor and things can be hard to figure out. I was notified that Verizon had bought out my old cellphone company out and I've been wanting to change my plan. Turns out that I was wrong, but the Verizon tech helping me didn't refer me elsewhere. He took the time to get the right contact information from the web for me and called their customer service to ensure it was who I needed to speak to. Great store, customer service is excellent. I had a very short wait and plenty of selections to choose from.
Been with Verizon for 16 years with very little complaints
Said the phone was coming on Friday now is not coming until Monday and all they did was refund shipping
