Updated review to reflect store response: perhaps if they put as much time and attention into addressing customer service in store and less time responding here on Google reviews trying to game the review system, they might offer a more robust service. My review stands. the employees are only helpful in the sense that they can sell you things. Went in to transfer data to new phone 3guys and 5 hours later had No working phone but business was closing for day . 15 min tired into transferring data to new phone new phone went dead had to start all over. They were just using data from one phone to the other with cable way to slow . Why does it take 3 guys to figure out how to transfer data and contact numbers to a new phone and it still not work I went to Best Buy they fixed it with there Verizon guy on hand 1 hour go to Best Buy save your self 5 hours and a headache

I came in after work to set up internet for my new apartment and the power was out on the whole block I believe it was Jacob who was kind enough to take down my number to let me know when the power was back on so I could come back. He called me back a little later and I went in and got my internet set up and he was super kind and helpful. Very easy set up in store and at home. When I called with a question an hour later they were still just as kind and patient and willing to help.
