BOG WASTE OF PAY EVERY MONTH SERVICE IS HORRIBLE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE 5G is a Joke waiting 5 minutes every search $60.00 a month NOT WORTH IT !! Went in to transfer data to new phone 3guys and 5 hours later had No working phone but business was closing for day . 15 min tired into transferring data to new phone new phone went dead had to start all over. Long waits, selection sucks if you are looking for a Motorola phone.
Updated review to reflect store response: perhaps if they put as much time and attention into addressing customer service in store and less time responding here on Google reviews trying to game the review system, they might offer a more robust service. My review stands. the employees are only helpful in the sense that they can sell you things.
