Does anyone care anymore? This big corporations dont care about service...they just want to sell products you dont need and will break or need an update in a year. There is not more verizon accounts....they dont care. They are so rich providing AI customer service. The store managers literally know less than I do. What is the world coming to? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Get your phone service from another provider. Went in to get an inexpensive phone for my preteen son’s birthday next week. The rep sold me a refurbished iPhone for $250 on a $34/mo plan. Took over an hour and waited almost 20min even with an appointment. There was a technical issue on their end so the rep sent me with the phone I’d paid for and said he’d let me know when it was all set up. I just recently signed up for home internet only. Which it works ok so far. A little slow. But ok. Anyway. The service team have been trying to help me set up auto pay. And I do mean team. Ive have 3 of them working with me at once. And they've all been amazing. But I think its b.s. that you can't set up an account or auto pay. Without having a Verizon phone. And I can't get the $10 discount on my internet for doing auto pay because your company won't let me set it up with just my acct#. It says I don't exist. Well if I'm go... read more
