My Phone was in a locked position. So I went to the store to get it unlocked. Problem, I had an appointment and the gentleman I dealt with was unable to unlock my phone! He said that it was a strict security issue and this was controlled at a higher level. So according to him my only option was to reset my phone to factory specs. Wanted to get husbands Google pixel replaced. Attendant showed us the same phone as what we had and offer a look at another phone next to the pixel. Attendant explained we would have to pay off our phone and we were fine with that. She said I will get you a print out of the upgraded phone with Disney. Netflix etc. Upon return my husband ask what our bill would be with paid off phone and the like Google phone and our bill would of been more. Husband had to explain if phone was paid off and we were.
