Awesome customer service from John today, quick, patient and professional.
I was told I would have my new iPhone no later than a certain date (today). It hasn't even shipped. I wanted the phone this weekend and before my birthday this weekend but who knows when I will get it now. Verizon does not believe in taking care of the customer and putting a rush shipment out either. Verizon has had the phone since Tuesday.
If I could give this store zero stars I would. I’ve been a customer with Verizon for over 10 years and have had no problems going into a store until this one. Unfortunately this is the closest store to us now and we have been here 4-6 times and every time walking out within minutes because I am handed a slip with phone numbers to call instead. The employees practically ignore you even if you are there and they just seem incompetent all together. I can go 30 minutes away and get more help at an authorized retailer.
