Don't provide receipts for returning equipment. They will scam you too any chance they get. After 25 years and 5 lines I went to another carrier. It's not as hard as you think (10 mins) and cheaper. Verizon lost 300k customers 1st quarter. You could leave too. Other carriers will even pay off your phone and give you an upgrade.
We had two great experiences at this location. I had an issue with my 96 year old mothers cellphone account First visit, we were greeted by Shawna who tried to solve the problem that day and couldn't. But she gave us some solid advice which we followed. So we returned a few days ago and she was able to solve our problem. She took so much time with my husband and I. Thanks to her we are taking my mom her cellphone.
My Phone was in a locked position. So I went to the store to get it unlocked. Problem, I had an appointment and the gentleman I dealt with was unable to unlock my phone! He said that it was a strict security issue and this was controlled at a higher level. So according to him my only option was to reset my phone to factory specs. After about 15 minutes he said that the factory reset was now OK but I needed to do one more thing at home, which I did.
