Helped me out with my tradein when I brought it a little late. No fuss. Really awesome service.
Walked in no welcome or nothing from any of the employees. I looked at phones for 10 min to upgrade but since no one asked me if I needed help. I left no need for them to get my business. Store 1655
The staff were not friendly or quick to respond. It seemed like they were more interested in doing their lunch order than helping customers.
Give Nigel a raise and promotion! My grandmother, who has always had problems with technology but especially in her older age, had to go into Verizon a few times recently to sort out an issue with her phone and get a new phone set up. Nigel was so patient, kind, and helpful. I'm the account owner, and therefore had to get on the phone to approve some changes, and he was so nice and efficient. I live across the country and he was able to help me and my grandma, and get her on with her day in no time.
