Nothing but problems with this company. App is useless. I think I'm gonna take my business back to straight talk and be done with it
Danielle was great! While waiting on my phone transfer I watched her help multiple people (even multiple at a time) and she always went out of her way to make sure the customer was satisfied even when the Verizon representatives on the phone made it hard (the people on the phone made the store associates job harder and they were rude). She truly cared about making sure the customer got the help they needed. From what I saw she really carried the whole store.
The wait wasn't long, Kev the employee had great customer service. Very knowledgeable
