Signed me up for multiple things I didn't ask for and in fact said I didn't want. Opened up a new phone line under the acct, said it was irrelevant and free and would save me money. Put my old phone on the acct, stated three times I didn't want the hulu disney joint billing and he did it anyways, i never asked him to upgrade my phone line to unlimited plus but he took it upon himself. Came in to upgrade and worked with Brianna. She had a terrible attitude the entire experience. Told us that our new phone that we were looking to get was free, and our line’s monthly payment would be going down $15 per month. When we saw the estimated next month’s payment, we saw a $40 increase. When we asked the reason for the increase, she said that she wasn’t able to give us the breakdown by line. If I could give no stars I would. It being a corporate store, the employee KMO was extremely rude and unhelpful. He called another employee just to not listen to their directions on how to help me, and tell me it’s nothing he can do. Told me to go where I got the phone for help. Which I did, the camp creek store where they fixed my issue in 10 minutes. This level of costumer service will never have me set foot in that store again.
