Very helpful and knowledgeable
Walked in and was not greeted for over 30 mins. Stood there waiting for acknowledgement before ultimately just leaving.
Every time that I have went into this store, the customer service is just not the best. When I Ari e inside, no one gets up to help. I am stared at until I say something. When I ask about a phone, they continuously sit there. It just seems like there is no motivation to help or the need to stand and advocate for service. I never leave reviews but I don’t understand what has happened to customer service. I just walked out
I have to visit in person, trouble shoot a problem.
