Great service every time I go to this store ! I drive further than my nearest Verizon store just to go to this one ! The main manager Lauren was very helpful & helped fix my service issues & billing issues, she explained things plainly & very simple to understand! The environment was very comfortable & welcoming! thanks Carrollton Verizon !

Kmo did a wonderful , fast, effective job helping us in a dire situation where my son's phone was damaged. He was prompt and knowledgeable and helped us get the best package on an upgraded phone in less than an hour. He was courteous and very friendly with his customer service.

The experience walking into this establishment was more so a cash grab than actually trying to assist a customer. Before I walked in the door, a gentlemen caught my attention to ask how he could best help me. As any customer service representative, I understand that they will always greet you and try to help you in the best possible way. Signed me up for multiple things I didn't ask for and in fact said I didn't want. Opened up a new phone line under the acct, said it was irrelevant and free and would save me money. Put my old phone on the acct, stated three times I didn't want the hulu disney joint billing and he did it anyways, i never asked him to upgrade my phone line to unlimited plus but he took it upon himself. Came in to upgrade and worked with Brianna. She had a terrible attitude the entire experience. Told us that our new phone that we were looking to get was free, and our line’s monthly payment would be going down $15 per month. When we saw the estimated next month’s payment, we saw a $40 increase. When we asked the reason for the increase, she said that she wasn’t able to give us the breakdown by line.
