I went to drop off my Fios equipment and they said they can’t take it for some reason that I don’t even know. I had the order number and everything but then they still said no even though this is the corporate location. So they told me to go to the one on northern which is authorized retail store which doesn’t make any sense to me. How come retailers takes my return but you guys giving me such hard time.
Seem only interested in making a sale, if one can identify who the employees actually are. No help whatsoever with data transfers for phone upgrades, etc. Reviews are not my scene, yet, better to drive on over to the Union Turnpike branch.
Came in for help and the agent alexis was so wonderful and helpful, he made my experience great
Owned by verizon, not a franchise. Definitely go here for better deals and not get false promises from franchise owners
