I have been a Verizon wireless customer for 23 years and used to frequent the Bay Terrace, Verizon store for the majority of those years. In years past, I happened to see a decline in the store specifically in terms of their sales people.They were not patient, always appeared to be in bad moods and in general gave off the vibes of the customer being a bother. Went to this location Thursday, September 4, 2025. My sister and I were looking to purchase a new IPhone for our 97-year-old Mom. We had the pleasure of being assisted by a wonderful employee, Brian. What a gem! Brian has the patience of a saint and a great personality to boot! Brian took his time explaining and assisting us with our choice. We were very lucky to be assisted by Brian. Brian made our purchase experience a breeze at Verizon Bay Terrace. We highly recommend him and this location!!!
