SHAME ON YOU, VERIZON! I would strongly advise people to think twice before visiting this Verizon store. I was charged $30 just to have someone help transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone. Seriously? Charging customers for something as simple as helping them transfer their data? Not everyone is tech-savvy, and some people genuinely need assistance. Imagine if I were 70 or 80 years old and didn’t know how to do this myself. Terrible customer service. Will take over 24-hours to fulfill in-stock pickup orders, rendering the service useless.
Never had any interaction with the wrkers,jus there to pay a bill using the automated machine.
