This place is great! Roberto was excellent and helped revive my phone that was essentially dead in a functional sense. He was able to resolve the issue in a matter of 20 minutes. Prior to this visit, I spent hours on the phone with customer service where not able to do anything remotely helpful like Roberto was able to do. I really appreciate the care and mindfulness of the staff there and would recommend this place for phone issues in a heartbeat.

I visited this store and was immediately greeted by Ash at door and he was super friendly and helpful. He led me through the whole process of upgrading my phone and all my data from my old phone to new phone and everything worked perfectly! I also switched my home service to Fios and got an iwatch which is a something I’ve been thinking about but kept putting it off. My man Ash helped me get fios, I went to a different store and they sold me something that didn’t even work but he hooked me up with fios after listening to my internet needs He offered me and my son great customer service
