I was with Verizon for over 35 years. They decided to take away the one perl they gave - my $25 loyalty discount. And they do not have any good plans now.
I walked into the store after half of my phone's screen went white while traveling home. Steven at the North Point location in Alpharetta was a joy to work with. He was knowledgeable about the products, additional perks and he made suggestions based on the brand of phone I wanted. He helped me set up my new phone with no issues. He and the other staff members were very personable and made the wait time pass by quickly.
La Tonya and Albert are awesome! I took up a lot of their time and they were so patient and so helpful! Don’t call the 800 number that routes to overseas call centers; go into the stores and support American jobs…particularly this store! Thanks!
