The team was super helpful and took care of everything.
Poor customer service. I signed in & waited about 25 minutes....the customer service started helping people that came & signed in after me! Very disorganized!
The staff only wants to sell a new phone. The staffing, and management could care less about the phone service or a product malfunctions.
Currently sitting here being enthusiastically ignored by every staff member in the store! I've been here over an hour! This place sucks!
