I’ve spent over 12 calls and countless hours trying to get my smartwatch service activated—something I’m paying for but not receiving. Bad experience with morning shift workers!
I would not recommend a visit without an appointment. We waited an hour, then we received a text to come back within 10 minutes. We arrived in the store, but they had given our slot to another person and told us we needed to start our wait over. I’ll try an appointment next time.
