The store reps were so kind and attentive. I was greeted by Christina and Alex, they made me feel so welcomed. I needed to set up my new phone which, Alex was such a sweetheart and helped me set up my phone exactly how I wanted!! I am normally hesitant on going into the store but They made my experience feel so welcoming, Alex is such a great person to work with and I am so glad I got him to set up my phone.

Horrible service. Came in checked in as the kiosk states. Two ppl working supposedly 3 ppl waiting. I stand to the side to wait. Someone else comes and signs up. Then they are not done with the clients sitting with them and they call te person that came after me. I guess commission was more important than a device return.

I visited this Verizon store at Queens Center Mall to upgrade my phone. The upgrade required transferring my plan from the primary account holder, so we were on a long call with Verizon customer service. The phone representative was helpful, and we had no issues on that end. The issue was the treatment we received inside the store. We were there for service, not to waste anyone’s time. I had the best service experience of my lifetime in this Verizon store in the Queens Center Mall. A beautiful young lady inside and out named Edily. My old phone was damaged and unfortunately was not able to restore most of my contacts. Edily assisted me in picking out a new phone with a great deal and transferring my data to my new phone. She is so kind, patient and understanding. Whenever I visit this Verizon store I have a special request to have Edily assist me.
