I visited this store because I wanted to inquire about their home internet plans, but unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. I approached one of the employees and politely asked about the available internet plans. Even after repeating my question twice, he responded saying, "What did you ask?" I came to do an upgrade at this store the staff there was HORRIBLY RUDE! I will never go to this store ever again I never got a chance to upgrade my phone because of the rudeness!
Don’t visit this location its really frustrating .I ordered two phone through this store and they ordered and it was 2 day shipment its been 12 days i did not receive that devices and i visit to cancel they are not cancelling and not providing any solution totally waste of time and money .Be mindful before planning or buying something from this store
