Adrian was very helpful kind and patient with us. He helped us merging our Verizon account with Netflix which should have been solved long time ago.and also helped us with new mobile purchase. All in all he and the team showed a great team spirit and made us wanna be a Verizon customer for life!

The stote manager Steve and the other worker are mean and rude , they just yelled out to customers even though it’s their mistake they couldn’t hear and help me, can’t work with customers, they need to learn how to respect and listen to customers
Brandon super sweet, patient, informative, and helpful as he was helping my mom upgrade her phone. He asked great questions when helping her decide which phone, phone case, and screen protector. Since she was having some trouble with remembering her password and found an alternative way to get it done.
