Don’t visit this location its really frustrating .I ordered two phone through this store and they ordered and it was 2 day shipment its been 12 days i did not receive that devices and i visit to cancel they are not cancelling and not providing any solution totally waste of time and money .Be mindful before planning or buying something from this store

I went yesterday to switch my phone line and had the best experience ever. I was helped by one of the workers, his name is Alexis and he explained everything to me in great detail. You could tell he had done his research before hand to have the proper knowledge of each plan. This was the main factor in me switching too. 10/10 would recommend going to see him to get a new line or device.

I understand we arrived about 40 minutes before closing, and I respect that employees want to leave on time. However, the way we were treated by the General Manager, Julian, was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Our service took longer than expected, but that was not our fault or Sean’s. Sean was incredibly patient, helpful, and professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly and answer our questions. He deserves 5 stars.
