My account was hacked and I woke up to no phone service on my phone or my husband's. I was so angry and worried about what information had been stolen. Alex and Steven were so kind, professional, and helpful. They unlocked my account, help me set up new access and by the time I left I had a smile on my face. The two of them completely turned my day around, they are models of what customer service should be!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Verizon store. I went in to upgrade my plan, and instead of helping me, the staff told me to call customer service. When I called, the phone representative told me to go back to the store. When I returned, the store supervisor started yelling at the customer service agent on the phone, blaming each other instead of fixing the issue. Muy mala la attention hacia el cliente.no me hicieron el trabajo q necesitaba en mi Nuevo telephone.Es tan Barbaro el individuo q me atendio que en vez de transferir mis fotos borro la q ya tenia segura en la application (nuve, )todos los recuerdos de mis nietos se perdieron ....llamo busco y nada , es indignante
