I had an excellent experience at Verizon. Sean provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. My husband and I went to Verizon store to trade my old cellphone 13 Pro Max and buy the 17 Pro Max. the supervisor of the store in Verizon Located at the Queens Mall Center told me that he was not working anymore on sales, i have to wait a long time until someone who sales will be available to help me. The store reps were so kind and attentive. I was greeted by Christina and Alex, they made me feel so welcomed. I needed to set up my new phone which, Alex was such a sweetheart and helped me set up my phone exactly how I wanted!! I am normally hesitant on going into the store but They made my experience feel so welcoming, Alex is such a great person to work with and I am so glad I got him to set up my phone.
