I went into a Verizon retail store in Forest Hills on Saturday March 29th. I wanted to inquire about my cell phone bill and about purchasing a new I Phone. Damien did greet me and said how can I help you. I explained I have been with Verizon for over 10 years. My cell phone bill went up. I mentioned I had checked out T Mobile and it was cheaper.
