We signed up for a new iPad line that I was quoted at 15$ a month and a new smart phone line that was quoted at 9$ increase. This is the result, and zero accountability. Don’t trust this place they are either incompetent or worse, I will give them the benefit of the doubt for now.

This place doesn't care about the customers at all. I tried to get a statement print out and they don't even bother to pull up my account. Rather, they sent me to another store at 98-06 Metropolitan Ave. When I got there after 30 minutes, the girl at the store didn't want to talk to me but kept saying she couldn't help and I had to call 1800Verizon.

Review of Verizon Business Representative – Michael McGarvey My experience with this representative was extremely disappointing. I transferred 3 lines from a consumer account to a business account and opened 2 new ones under his guidance. We agreed to add insurance coverage for all devices, but he failed to set it up.
