Review of Verizon Business Representative – Michael McGarvey My experience with this representative was extremely disappointing. I transferred 3 lines from a consumer account to a business account and opened 2 new ones under his guidance. We agreed to add insurance coverage for all devices, but he failed to set it up. My sister and I have been to this place recently to pay the bill using the machine. The people in there were nice and helpful. Also, there were people in the store.
Store says it opens at 10am. I’ve beeen here since 10am and it’s now 10:30am and it’s still closed. People have places to be have more accurate opening hours.
