Second time here in one day. First time they said my phone needed to duplicate the problem so come back later. This time I come in and the lady says she’s a trainee and will get me signed in for help. I get a message saying I’m next and proceed to watch 2 other customers who came in after me get helped first and never had anyone come over to me. That’s pretty awful customer service. I worked with Angie specifically who was very professional and helpful she went above and beyond and answered all my questions and even helped me save some money. The rest of the staff there were also very helpful and professional. Will definitely come back here from now on and will recommend to others
