After a horrible experience at an "Authorized Verizon Retailer" we went to the Watertown Verizon Wireless location and had an amazing experience. Casey got my phone working properly with my correct phone number and contacted Verizon corporate to correct the fraud committed by the "Authorized Verizon Retailer" I had previously been to. Thank you, Casey! Highly recommend!

Update: It's been a few years, but nothing has changed. Unfortunately the location at Salmon Run Mall is closed down, so I went back here to purchase a new iPhone and iPad. I signed in, waited an hour, walked out and went across the street to Spectrum. After 21 years with Verizon, I spent a total of 40 minutes at Spectrum and bought my new devices, switched carriers, and saved $194 a month on my bill. I can't recommend Spectrum enough.
