After a horrible experience at an "Authorized Verizon Retailer" we went to the Watertown Verizon Wireless location and had an amazing experience. Casey got my phone working properly with my correct phone number and contacted Verizon corporate to correct the fraud committed by the "Authorized Verizon Retailer" I had previously been to.
