Huge thank you to Omar for being so kind and helpful when I came in to replace my phone after it had been stolen. His compassion and support while explaining my options was very helpful, and he made my day better. If I ever need to go back to the Verizon store, I will come to this one, but hopefully it won't be for the same reason!

Brandon and Don were amazing assistance as I upgraded my phone for my business account. Brandon was extremely friendly and warm. He helped me feel comfortable and excited to get new devices. He was patient and fun to work with. Don helped me return the iPhone Air with ease after having disappointments with it. He was very knowledgeable and made the process as quick as possible. His care and attention to detail made me very happy with my choice to be at verizon. Thank you to both of them!
