If I could give a negative rating, i would. Walked in to purchase an external charger pack. The lady who was working was serving 100% some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When I asked if they had the chargers she walked away I assumed in the direction so I followed. she snapped you can wait over there don’t follow me. Then, when I asked if she knew if it had any charge at all she didn’t have a clue but instead said most people charge them before using them. Quick and attentive service. My associate, Mark, was great.
I barely ever have to go into a Verizon store, but needed to come in to get my phone re-activated. The guys here couldn’t be more helpful. They quickly fixed my issue and had me on my way. The store was also super clean and nice. Great work guys!
