The associate seemed very bothered having to do a task that took about 10 minutes.
Staff tried to upsell me plans when I could not cancel my phone plans by calling customer service. The so called staff manager or advisor later dismissed me lying they could not do this in store.
I've had every type of phone except for AT&t. Verizon go hard in the paint. I'm talking about really hard best service. It's expensive. You going to pay for it though. I got internet, home internet and cell phone service. I got the Google pixel 10 pro XL and it runs me $250 a month. I'll give it a five five stars
Terrible customer service. Long wait time. After waiting in line for over 30 minutes to return an item, was told has to be done through the mail. Had all receipts on hand.
I waited 30 minutes to be seen. Saw other people jump the line in front of me (white blonde lady) Employee helping me basically told me to call support and couldnt help me in store. Watched an employee basically shoo an elderly asian lady (who didnt speak good english) out because she didnt know how to sign up for autopay.
