Terrible experience. I tried Verizon for two months last year. I had brought my own phone, and the representative took it without my permission and hid in a back room for 10 minutes. Unnerved, I left and returned the next day to speak with the manager. They assured me they would speak to the representative. I signed up for a business account, by the manager's recommendation. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff, especially Michael, who seemed completely unaware of the services and promotions they offer. The lack of basic customer service and product knowledge was shocking. I strongly recommend staying away from this place.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Avoid this location if possible. I’ve never had a worse experience at a Verizon store than at the one on 768 Market Street in San Francisco. The employees here are consistently rude, unhelpful, and act like they’re doing you a favor by speaking to you. They were very courteous about providing service concerning my new cellular internet for my apartment. Basically provided a workspace where I can call the corporate office to take care of the business.
