We went in for help with wifi for our new business and happened to come in when Edgar the business manager was in this location and we got so lucky! When you call 1-800 number they tell you this store can repair cracked screen but they can't. They call a number and you're standing next to the phone on speaker telling everyone there your private information without any help from staff.
