Suheb at Verizon Van Ness branch was not only welcoming, but knowledgeable and efficient in helping me with my recent iphone 18 purchase and activation. his expertise and personality helped ease the dreaded process of setting up a new phone to a condensed effortless procedure. Many thanks to him and his caring approach to helping those of us a little “tech shy”…Thank You again Suheb
