WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. We were trying to switch our phones from another provider to a new family plan and it has been an absolute nightmare. We were put on an incorrect phone plan and internet. the proactive help here is genuinely better than anything you'll find anywhere else. juan helped me out, and I was incredibly, incredibly pleased. Absolutely terrible customer service. If you have to use Verizon go to another location. The assistant manager should be fired as well as the employees.
