John and Mohammed both were fantastic and engaging as we approached them on vacation with a broken phone. They were helpful and made sure we were taken care of and didn't waste too much of our time away from our vacation.
Staff helpful and nice
The Staff here are great, got the New Galaxy 25+ with new service. I've had a chance to get thru the first week and no issues with Verizon here in San Francisco, plus the in-store experience was really good.
