Went here hoping to receive support because my phone wasn’t working (no incoming or outgoing calls). Was told it might be because my phone wasn’t working old, maybe I wanted to upgrade, otherwise check with Apple Store. So I pulled up a network status report I’d seen earlier on My Verizon that was to be resolved by the next day and was told that had nothing to do with my issue. Yet the next day, the issue resolved itself. Don’t come here for tech support.
