Best experience at Verizon Port Chester today after spending 2+ hours with Verizon chat late the night before, who only made things worse. Styles fixed my phone within 10 minutes and made everything so easy. He allayed my concerns and gave me helpful advice for the future. He was also very kind, helpful and great to talk with. The store had plenty of staff and everyone throughout the store was being helped in a timely manner. A+ service today.

Minha primeira experiência na verizon, foi uma merda, e ainda fui enganada, por não saber as leis do país e não ser fluente no idioma ainda! Tentei adquirir uma linha pré pago, mas o chip não estava funcionando no momento, o atendente fez atualizações no meu celular, e pediu para mim voltar no outro dia, alegando que poderia demorar para funcionar, em momento algum funcionou, voltei lá eles não quiseram devolver meu dinheiro, mi deram uma merda de gift card, para que eu vou querer isso! I'm not a big fan of Verizon, but the Port Chester, NY location delivered top-shelf customer service from Styles. He came through again and again, with positive results for each of my concerns. He answered my questions in a no-nonsense way. He provided a clear understanding of what to expect from the data transfer and how long everything would take. Excellent visit thanks to a superstar. I wish every Verizon store offered this level of expertise, efficiency and friendliness. A+
