Today I went to customize a good home plan for my apartment but the attention was awful. A shortie guy who does not even know what he’s selling assisted us and gave us the worst attention ever with “guessing” what the plans were all about. Yall lost a client, I don’t recommend this place

I stopped into your Verizon store with my dad the other day. We were held by a young man named John. And when I use the word help, I use it very loosely. Our experience at the store is usually exemplary. however today the service we received was well below Par. He was less than helpful would not give us any information.
