I stopped into your Verizon store with my dad the other day. We were held by a young man named John. And when I use the word help, I use it very loosely. Our experience at the store is usually exemplary. however today the service we received was well below Par. He was less than helpful would not give us any information. Didn't explain the new plans available to us and when I asked him to repeat something that he said so I could get clarity. Visiting a Verizon store usually has all the appeal of a root canal. Very different here. Try to get Nick Guerra to assist you - he is deeply knowledgeable about the products and services on offer, infinitely patient and a pleasure to work with.

Best experience at Verizon Port Chester today after spending 2+ hours with Verizon chat late the night before, who only made things worse. Styles fixed my phone within 10 minutes and made everything so easy. He allayed my concerns and gave me helpful advice for the future. He was also very kind, helpful and great to talk with. The store had plenty of staff and everyone throughout the store was being helped in a timely manner. A+ service today.
