I'm not a big fan of Verizon, but the Port Chester, NY location delivered top-shelf customer service from Styles. He came through again and again, with positive results for each of my concerns. He answered my questions in a no-nonsense way. He provided a clear understanding of what to expect from the data transfer and how long everything would take. Excellent visit thanks to a superstar. I wish every Verizon store offered this level of expertise, efficiency and friendliness. A+
