I scheduled an appointment today for 3 pm. I showed up on time, checked in and was told to wait for an associate to free up. While I wait, 3 people walked in and were helped, while I was ignored for 15 minutes… A DIFFERENT guy came over this time and I was checked in…. Again? Verizon customer service just keeps getting worse and worse and worse
Went to the store because texting updates caused my phone to stop receiving or sending texts. I also mentioned my battery runs down quickly. The young man who grudgingly assisted me fixed the text problem after about 15 minutes. I reminded him about the battery issue and he asked how old my phone is and shrugged his shoulders. He stated it happens with phones older than five years and totally dismissed me with no offer of further assistance.
