Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Sheesh... sorry to inconvenience you with my patronage! I just wanted some help. The online chat bot was kinder and more helpful than your employees. I wouldn't step foot in your store again if my life depended on it.
In a web of technical problems that they helped me navigate. Purchased new phone and they installed and transferred data for a small fee. Friendly. Made an appointment in advance and was seen on time.
Today I had the wonderful experience of.working with Kyle. This employee is knowledgeable and kind. A true asset to Verizon. Among the other six employees present, Hailey was also.working hard. There was one person training, so he was limited in what he could do, but the other three????!!!! The back room is a popular place.
