I don’t like having to get a new cell phone. Long wait lines and high pressure sales…not this time! It was wonderful, Blake helped me right away, asked me if had looked at phones, I hadn’t, my current phone was causing issues and I needed something new. Patient, understanding, calm, and genuinely caring every single step of the way.
