If I could give Sam and this Verizon store 100 stars, I absolutely would. After everything I had been through trying to get my phone situation fixed, Sam was beyond amazing. Patient, understanding, calm, and genuinely caring every single step of the way. He didn’t make me feel rushed, frustrated, or like “just another customer.” He took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and actually help until everything was resolved. Wow, what excellent service!! We live an hour and a half away from this Verizon store and will absolutely be making the drive when we need to ever visit one in the future. Everything about our experience today met our high expectations. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. We had Kenzie and she got us set up with a new phone efficiently and clearly went over plan options with us. I can’t express enough how pleased we are with the service we received today.
