I went into the store and explained to the employee that greeted me what my situation was, My husband had passed away and we had 3 lines on our cell phone plan. I explained that I needed to report his passing and separate 2 numbers from the third and asked how do I do this.... his response"sorry we cant do that in the store". He handed me a sheet of paper with a list of phone numbers and told me to call the 1-800 number. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? worst customer service ever! Zero stars!
After a bunch of back and forth with customer service on the phone and a cancelled order with no reason, I went into the store and Kortney was SO much help! She explained everything and even advocated for me when things on the corporate side weren’t going through and out of their store’s control. She was so lovely to work with and got everything sorted out. Will be going back to her anytime I need something at Verizon!!
