Horrible customer service all around. I recently got a new iPhone 16 through Verizon online. When I went to set it up at home I ran into some issues and the phone locked. I was unable to get it unlocked, even with tech support over the phone. They suggested I take it into the store. Unfortunately most data had been transferred so my old phone was no longer working. I went in with an issue of my brand new phone blacking out screen at 10pm, and not coming back on until 6am. There was no hesitation they jumped right in and starting researching possible issues. If I'm not mistaken it was to my surprise they stayed after hours to take care of me. The teamwork I seen with the crew that was working that night was amazing. Highly recommend this location for sure. Thanks again.
If you have a phone performance issue, they're worthless. The woman kept saying "I just sell phones, I don't know how apps work". The issue involved phone swipe nav, not any app. Weak. (I've done 100's of reviews, this is my first negative review)
