Wow, what excellent service!! We live an hour and a half away from this Verizon store and will absolutely be making the drive when we need to ever visit one in the future. Everything about our experience today met our high expectations. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. We had Kenzie and she got us set up with a new phone efficiently and clearly went over plan options with us. I can’t express enough how pleased we are with the service we received today.

Dom and everyone at this store is amazing! I had issues trying to deal with Verizon online and the phone. Went into this store and they were amazing! I won’t be going anywhere else! Thank you to this team!!
Just wanted to make a return of a phone that got sent to me as a replacement and the individual I dealt with was very rude in the fact that you know I said what I needed and he's like well if it's already set up like that then the easiest thing you can do is tape it up and there's a UPS up over up the street so I will not ever be going back to this location again
