Shout out to Ken who helped my husband and I update our phones and account. We had a lot of different issues with how the account was set up and Ken spent over 2 hours with us patiently explaining the best way to set things up and had to get us the best deal on new phones. We walked away very happy with the service and the upgraded equipment. Thank you for your help and patience Ken!!
Not pleased with the service at this location, was told over the phone that I would need to go to a physical store being a business owner I'm in a position where my Internet is the back bone of this company, and when my work force isn't what I should have is like to get it resolved as cheap as possible. Spent 40$ just to be told that ANY location is for sales only. Any equipment is a over phone issue. Me and my wife just had a great experience at this location and felt the need to share. Ken was the name of our Verizon customer representative, and he was wonderful. I came in today with the intention to replace my old phone due to it not charging anymore and just in general being time for a new phone.
