Called talked mike said he would hold a phone for me to drive from state college to the store in Williamsport when I got there asked for mike he looked at me said I sold the phone what a joke that place is verizon has no respect for customer
Was blatantly lied to about how much a trade in value would be for 3 phones! Sales person admitted he mistold us, but manager said there was nothing they could do. Took forever dealing with Verizon customer support who said they could remedy the situation with a credit, but that credit seems to have disappeared from the bill. I will try again with the customer service and update this post, but do not use this store!!!!
