Kevin Reyes store supervisor wouldn't let my 5yr old use the bathroom while we waited. Told us to go to giant. Extremely unprofessional. I've been with Verizon for 15 years and they won't even let my little girl use the bathroom. I wonder if giant appreciates them sending customers to use their bathroom? I had an uninformed and strange visit to a FRANCHISE Verizon store last week that left me confused and unsure how to proceed. (see my last review) Today I visited this location and had a very helpful and accommodating associate named Paige who helped me in depth to return our trade ins for our new z8 fold (chubby) as someone I met calls it. She also checked about discounts we might be missing. Never knew about military discount! I will never go to a franchise for a purchase again. CORPORATE! We had called before going in and they had said for us to come in and they would get us all set up and once we got there they were very ignorant and so unprofessional and then we had called them back after leaving they literally hung up on us after being very rude and
