I have been coming to this specific store since i was 20 years old, i love the staff! Joel, Danielle, Brett, Kay & Kevin! I love love love these five so much! they are ALL so helpful, so kind, so understanding, and so informative! I recently switched to Verizon after 13 years with a different carrier. The whole process was made difficult by our previous carrier, but the wonderful people at the retail store were able to help us through it. Better service, better pricing, and the overall better customer experience made the difference. Thanks Danielle, Taylor, and Sheldon for adding that extra to the ordinary!
Great experience
I dreaded going in to the Verizon store to upgrade my phone. However, when I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted and was professionally assisted by Kay. Kay understood what I required and proceeded to address my require requirements. Kay and Danielle also reviewed my plan and suggested a few modifications that ended up saving me money on my plan.
