I went in with an issue with my phone signal and dropped calls. They gave me a new Sim card to try and said if that doesn't help that I could upgrade my phone. It ridiculous that I would have to buy a new phone to get the service that should already be provided.
Just tried to buy a new iPhone 17pro for my daughter. We paid $1,300 to buy the phone up front and then asked about how to get the refund from the trade-in when we brought it in. Jose was absolutely terrible and did a shit job explaining anything and everything and then looked at us like we were crazy when he did the wrong thing and didn't do anything we asked.
