We recently switched our carrier to Verizon and worked with Zach Parcell in the Elkhart store on South Main. Zach was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and made sure everything was operating properly before we left. Overall, it was a very simple process, with the help of Zach, and everyone in the store.
