This was an absolute excellent experience probably one of the better ones I've had during reviews in a long time the people here are very kind they allowed me to come in there to take some pictures and to help boost their business. I got to talk to you in about a lot of different phones and things like that. If I could give negative reviews I would. The only thing I needed, was to transfer my mother's phone number to one of my existing phone lines, that I had already had been paying for months. I had gone to the St. Clairsville "corporate" store (and I say that with so much sarcasm, because they are useless) to have the number transferred. I was told by an employee with a long beard that he was not able to do ANYTHING at all. I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 8 yrs and no customer service has come close to what I’ve received at Verizon at the Highlands from Steve he went above and beyond to take care of me I recommend Steve!
