Edit on 9/27/25 the people working today were useless and very rude, my wife was told to " shut up" 3 times. I 10000% understand why people are leaving verizon by the Masses, roughly 3,200 people LEAVE Verizon a day! Luckily my day comes 12/22/25! Drove all the way over to pick up an iPad that the Verizon app said was available. Get told the best they can do is ship it to me. What a joke. But online is says ready for pickup lol

Verison will always create a problem why you can't access your account. They will hang up on you when you try to cancel your account. Im multiple phone calls in and they always hang up during the call. Zero stars should be available for them!

Absolutely terrible to get assistance. First when I try to call my Verizon store, it directs me to an 800 number and I get an infuriating chat bot insisting on me telling it what my question is. What is wrong with someone picking up the phone and saying hello! I understand volume of calls but what about just answering the phone! Cannot even dial my Verizon store. I ordered a new charger online though the Verizon app. It said the item was in stock at this location. 4 days later my order has not been filled and no one at a cellular provider is capable of answering a phone.....the phone number for the store is for Verizon's automated service and if you are lucky enough to talk to a person who transfers you to the location they won't answer. After 20 years I'm taking my business elsewhere for wireless if this is the customer service I can expect.
