Absolutely disgusted by managements behavior. The manager Tina was outwardly rude and degrading to one of her employees. I believe his name was Gary? She was dismissive and when he asked for help her response was outright disrespectful. “What? You don’t know how to do your job yet?” I can’t believe you would allow this behavior from a manager. A hilarious joke of a store. The reps here simply do not care and it painfully obvious. Stay away at all costs. Go to ANY other Verizon store instead.
Try to call the store cam not get thru. The automated service will not let you talk to a live person unless you agree to terms thru a text service thank it routes you thru a service and is not even the store
