I tried to set up a business account they had spend 6 hours on the phone with a guy trying make me take a selfie and a picture of my licence that would never work no matter how many times we tried and they sure do make you keep trying... After that they give up and tell me to go to a store where they have the team there make me do the same thing over and over with repeated failures then they went on to tell me to bring in my certificate of good standing I pay 5 dollars to get one printed to bring it in the next just for some... read more

This was an absolute excellent experience probably one of the better ones I've had during reviews in a long time the people here are very kind they allowed me to come in there to take some pictures and to help boost their business. I got to talk to you in about a lot of different phones and things like that. They let me check out the new Motorola RZR 2026 but I'm not sure that it's worth buying it's the guy was literally dead honest to me and I really appreciate that he's like it's basically the same phone with just a new ye... read more

If I could give negative reviews I would. The only thing I needed, was to transfer my mother's phone number to one of my existing phone lines, that I had already had been paying for months. I had gone to the St. Clairsville "corporate" store (and I say that with so much sarcasm, because they are useless) to have the number transferred. I was told by an employee with a long beard that he was not able to do ANYTHING at all.
