Smart people but the lines here are redonkilous.
I tried trading in my phone by walking into the store. (Note: I had attempted to do it via the app beforehand, but I went in person hoping for a better deal.) Guess what? The guy who came to assist me was full of lies. He told us that I needed to wait 10 days before I could trade in my phone for a new one.
