We walked into the store to inquire about a free phone from adding another line to our plan Sunday morning, and Bruce helped us look into our options. He anticipated that we wanted to keep our bill low while getting the most out of the new line add. He patiently went through multiple options and modified our asks to help get us a great deal. We are so fortunate to run into Bruce. The most helpful person we've dealt with ever!! Thank you so much.

I initially went here to do a “fact check” because I was at the San Mateo County Fair Verizon booth and the “corporate” reps there offered me a deal that was too good to be true. I came here to verify if what I was offered at the booth at the fair was legit. I didn’t have an appointment and I was seen right away. I came to have some help changing my phone from an iPhone 14 to an iPhone 16.
