Went in without an appointment and was quickly greeted and given an estimated wait time. Once I was up Dre went out of his way to take great care of me and go the extra mile. He clearly laid out all of my options and once we made a decision he even left me his contact in case the data transfer didn't work as it should. Well done great customer service!!

Absolute nightmare of a customer service experience here. Three years ago, when my wife switched from AT&T, she came into this specific store to pick up her new phone and hand over the old one. She was told that if she turned in the old phone, the new phone would be free. It was boxed up, and the attendant assured her that he would take care of the trade-in. A-MA-ZING!! After spending 45 frustrating minutes on the phone with customer service (and even stopping by another Verizon store), I walked into this location feeling completely overwhelmed.
