They took care of our problem good. And one of the service people were super nice and efficient. There were a couple other service people that were kind of grouchy though did their job good.
We came in to transfer data from one phone to another. We were immediately greeted and then checked in. We were extremely lucky to have Dre Jones as our service advisor/technician. He was exceedingly helpful, patient, and courteous. He guided us through the process, explaining what would take place. Everything was perfect. Just wanted to give a shout out to DJ and Jimmy about my experience last week... I had purchased an S24 Ultra in Dec 2024 ( almost 16 months ago ) and needed my Sim card switched out from my 6 year old Note 8... DJ did the switch out and Jimmy answered some tech questions and made sure my phone was up and running before I left... regarding the wait time, I knew I just needed patience because this store is generally busy... I've been a Verizon customer through 4 different phones since 2004... Why change a good thing... thanks... read more
