I had a very bad experience with a man named DJ who said he is a manager at the Verizon store. He was extremely unprofessional, aggressive in his attitude, and clearly unwilling to help. Instead of trying to assist, he was dismissive and seemed more interested in getting me to leave the store than resolving the issue. I have also been dealing with very bad service for more than 5 months. David!!! This was a very bad experience. I strongly recommend that you do NOT go to this store. I went early in the morning right when the store opened, and it was not crowded or busy. When I asked a question, I was treated rudely, humiliated, and not helped at all. The only reason for this treatment was that I was using a translator because my English is not very good.
