I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the unacceptable customer service I experienced at the Verizon store located in Serramonte Store x745701.On November 5, I visited the store after being instructed by a Verizon customer service representative to go there to exchange the wrong phone that had been sent to me. Deandre helped me tonight. Whatever you're payin' him - it's not enough! This young man is a jewel in your crown. I've been to this particular store several times and have always received good service. But Deandre was exceptional. And solved my issue in under 5 mins. He was also respectful of my age (81) ...very professional, willing and incredily knowledqble

The store is big and in a great location, but the customer service is awful. The employees treat customers with no respect, as if they’re doing us a favor instead of providing a service. No wonder the place is always empty. Honestly, my plan is to leave Verizon as soon as possible — it’s unacceptable for such a big company to have employees this rude dealing with customers.

I’ve been a Verizon customer for years, and I’ve always had great experiences until today. The red-haired employee who assisted us was extremely rude from the moment we walked in. She rolled her eyes at every question we asked and made the entire interaction uncomfortable. I left the store feeling disrespected and without my issue resolved. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever received at a Verizon store. I truly hope management addresses this, because no customer should be treated this way.
