Thank you so much Javaid!!!! Made the experience seamless, quick and no stress. Had a trade in phone so I can get some money off of my new phone. I never got the email for the postage to mail it back to Verizon. Before you ask, yes I checked my spam. Yes I checked my deleted emails. Michael helped my wife and I trade in 2 S21's for 2 S25's. He patiently transferred all the data, apps and settings from the old to new phones and answered all our questions. All in all, an outstanding experience!
