Ugh Verizon Any senior using Verizon wireless in Virginia should be aware that T-Mobile offers much better pricing $30 a line for unlimited data maximum 2 lines and you can bring your unlocked phone without being forced to upgrade. We have been loyal customers for more than 30 years and are switching to T-Mobile.
Spent over five hours to trade in my paid off phone & left 40 minutes after close with nothing thanks to the support of the Verizon technical support & customer service support. Nothing towards the in-store staff but I also had to assist them in helping myself at the end of it all. I was helpless & still got nothing. Absolutely terrible experience at Verizon today. I wasted 2.5 hours sitting there for literally nothing. No solutions, no communication, no urgency, and employees acting like customers’ time means nothing. I came in expecting help and left frustrated with zero progress after wasting half my day. If you enjoy waiting forever just to get nowhere, this is the place for you. Completely unacceptable customer service.
