Terrible experience. Waited for over an hour after check-in. They kept saying I was up next but kept picking the ones that had checked-in after me. 5 representatives and still no help
Not very helpful.
Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I walked in and said I needed a new phone, black dude referred me to rodrigo(bald dude with beard). Was being passive aggressive the whole time and just socially inept overall, didn’t introduce himself or was welcoming. Please hire some better staff verizon cause these people are completely under qualified. I would’ve definitely bought a phone if the service was just basic, or made it looked like they cared about the customer.
