Staff was very helpful.
Made an order for an upgrade for the same day pickup to this store 4 hours before their closing time. They waited all day to work on my phone and made it available 4 minutes before their closing time. It’s obvious they wanted to make the quota and they knew I wouldn’t be able to get there in 4 minutes. Called their store, some incompetent guy answered, when I asked him when do they close he said “in 2 minutes” then proceeded to say in “1 minute” in a condescending tone. Verizon Business owes me a refund on items that were returned within the return policy guidelines. After making 4 trips to this location in 3 weeks. Im still getting the runaround! Online Business support hasn't help and I’m out of over $425.00 dollars! Met with manager Suzanne twice regarding my returned items and the whereabouts of my bill credit. Brandon (Omar) made upgrading 4 phones at once the easiest process ever! Great to talk to and there was nothing but great conversations and clear understanding. If we didn’t already have fios, I wish he could’ve got credit for that
