Hate when I have to deal with incompetency. Had to call customer servie multiple times to have my bill adjusted since the worker didn't know what he was doing for my trade-in.
I’ve had some pretty bad experiences at cell phone stores in the past, but Michael completely changed my perspective today. He took the time to thoroughly explain all the different products and plans Verizon offers and walked me through the entire process of switching from AT&T to Verizon. Impressively, he was even able to complete the transfer without one of my phones being physically in the store.
