I visited this Verizon store to upgrade my phone through the exchange program. Michael Sandoval assisted me, provided the new phone, and assured me that the exchange program had been set up, asking me only to return later with my old device. When I came back, I was informed that the exchange program had not actually been set up in the system. A bunch of con man that obfuscate the real prices, give you the run around, waste your time, and intentionally confuse you to get money out of you. Got my bill and saw an extra line I did NOT ask for on a phone I told them was broken and that why I was there in the first place. They "crammed" the deal with extras i did not ask for when I specifically stated I only needed one line for my business. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB
Pretty simple, walked in got a new phone case and walked out the service was fast and friendly
