Deplorable service on Sunday, September 13, 2026. I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and was force to spend considerable time on the phone with customer service to get help setting up a new phone because we could not get help in person in the store. We have four phones on our account and we will not be getting our new phones from this store.
Terrible experience. Waited for over an hour after check-in. They kept saying I was up next but kept picking the ones that had checked-in after me. 5 representatives and still no help
