Absolutely worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Even asked for the manager and they came out with the employee in tow and backed them up without even asking me about the problem. Long time customer with over seven active lines. This store has turned phones into a car sales experience. I would love a call from Verizon about my experience with this store. Better off trying another store or just ordering online. Wrong information from employees led to having to spend two hours on the phone with customer service to save our phone numbers. Overall Verizon itself has terrible customer service, and that is on corporate, but having the wrong information from staff at this location does not help. Transferring accounts away from Verizon does NOT make you change phone numbers. Don't let them convince you it does. And don't go with Verizon anyway. Their corporate customer service and policies will drive you crazy.
Had some issues with a new Pixel 10, got it swapped out with no issues very quickly, excellent experience overall.
This store is worthless... nobody can ever help you do anything and you always get sent away to make a call on the phone. We were told to cancel the phone that you have to call *611 and this is a corporate store so when I called into customer service I was told that was not true and they could have helped. The warranty processes now with apple and extended warranties are also a bunch or crap.. its verizon insurance and you can't get a replacement until you make an appointment at apple and drive to village point for them to m... read more
Poor customer service. Selling products over & above customer needs for high commission fees. Not discounting tradeins as per corporate office programs. Call corporate fir direct qualified perks, discounts Loyalties, & setvixe
