Kate was wonderful, and was such a blessing! I had a little bit of a complicated problem, and she took care of every detail. Thank you so much!
Very professional and knowledgeable staff.
I came into the Verizon store today with a laundry list of actions to bring my daughter into our family plan. Haley assisted us with adding the new line and transitioning to a cheaper plan, and also helped us move Apple accounts between devices. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive. Great customer experience with outstanding results… daughter has a hand me down phone, I have a new phone, and I’m paying less every month after this adjustment. Thanks Haley!
