Jose almost immediately fixed a problem with my phone. My phone was locked since the a.m. hours. You truly went out of his way to redo the complete mess up of the support call. I made that morning. He got on the phone with him to make all the corrections. Thank you so much Jose. He also gave me a better deal on my monthly plan payments as well.
They was wonderful besides his great help his coworker who thinks it's cute to treat customers like crap made my experience not one I want to relive
