Jose was wonderful he helped me save money and combined my bills. As he helped transfer my phones data to my new one he then helped my mom save money on her account!
On 21 May I walked into the Shadow Lake Verizon in Papillion Ne. Cameron was eager to help me. Her customer service is beyond reproach. She walked me through the problem with my phone. She also saved me a nice amount of money on things I wasn't using. My phone ended up having to be replaced. On the 22nd, I went back to get help with setting up the new phone. Derek took great care of me. He got my phone up and running totally restored.
Cameron was helpful with my husband getting a new Cell phone. She was thoughtful and very thorough explaining everything. Best customer service experience we have had in a Verizon store is at the Verizon store in Papillion, Ne Shadowlake Towne Center.
I just had one of the best experiences at any Verizon thanks to Rick, he’s a great guy.
