I was sold Verizon home from this store, the promotion was for the NFL Sunday ticket with the Plan I was signed up for. The promotion was never put on my account and I was told to go back to the store. They were also not able to help and when talking to the manager Samantha Johnson she was extremely rude, condescending, unhelpful and extremely unprofessional. Use another store if you need to talk to someone in person.

Im not going to mention name, I originally walked in to deactivate my lines, but I was talked into opening a new line because I was promised a credit for doing so and benefit me better to get a new line for my daughter instead of closing it and switch to other company. Unfortunately, that credit was never applied. If you are ever told a fee will be “waived” or a “credit” will be added later, make sure it’s done at the time of purchase and ask for proof. I had a fantastic experience at this Verizon Wireless location! I worked with Derek, and he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He made everything easy to understand and took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied before I left. My customer service person didn't seem to know much. That is sad when you take the time to go and get no statements other than I don't really know.
