I was at d store n "JAY" PIKUL he was amazing, helpful n with a lot of knowledge, other guy try to hel me n he couldn't, but JAY did...I think that Verizon need this kind of people, with a lot of patience, i THINK THAT HE DESERVES an INCREASE $$, cos really i been on Verizon stores so many times, but never found someone like " JAY" for sure i recommend with another people...
Awesome service from Alberto , came in unsure if i should switch from T-mobile to verizon and he made it very clear verizon was a much better option. He made it very easy to switch and helped us so much trough out the way , shout out to him!
