Store manager was very rude when trying to pick up phone ordered over phone. Was. Shocked at her level of professionalism and disrespect towards customers. Cancelled service completely! Do better verizion! Switching to T-Mobile
Excellent service
Nothing but fabulous and incredible, dealing with mobile phone companies can be tedious, frustrating and exhausting....I'll get it been there done that, but now I drive 50 mins if I have an issue just to see Jerry the manager at this store is incredible, personable, attentive, knowledgeable and he will solve your problems....he's been there for quite some time now so when we moved I was not happy that's why I drive that far now. He has good people working for him as well.
This location has been truly a Blessing to me and my family for our Verizon needs. Aubrey and Sophia were very professional and completed everything in a timely manner. The whole store site was very welcoming.
