I had been with another carrier for years and was hesitant to change! However William went above and beyond to help with my decision to switch over to Verizon. Shout out to Brandon who helped me on my last visit. He was one of the first people to take his time and review my bill in detail and provide multiple options or me lower my bill. Usually when I go there I get someone who is always trying to rush me and leave with no resolution. Need more Brandon’s at this store. Always recommend scheduling appointment beforehand.
