The personnel at this Lake Jackson location are always very friendly and helpful. From greeting you at the door to carefully listening to your issue. After many hours (yes, hours) on the phone with several different people, I was told to go in-person to the Verizon store and they could fix my account issue. I was greeted immediately and unfortunately, the person trying to help me, couldn't. He immediately turned my needs over to Aubrey. Needless to say, 3 weeks and 5 trips later, the techs behind the scenes were finally able to fix the issue. Aubrey was persistent and always professional.
