Worst customer service ever! Did not understand their own plans and gave me different quotes…. Couldn’t even set up autopay and gave me the run around.
Staff are nice and helpful.
The service here is always efficient and friendly. I most recently visited to add a line to my account from another carrier. I hate that I didn't get his name, but the man who helped me made the experience seamless.
Went in a few days ago to get an upgrade. Was gonna get the phone online but decided to go into the store to get the phone faster... was quoted a price 30$ higher than online.. was told that's what the store charges me to transfer my data to the new phone. And I would have to leave my old phone there. I just went online and purchased my phone there. They refused to waive that charge and match the online price. Nope. The salesman was very sweet.
