Don't go on the weekend, you will be "fast passed" by families buying or leasing new iPhone 126's. I have been a Verizon customer for 20 years and was waiting for 45+ minutes just to tell me if it was my phone or sim card. Bro who "only deals with corporate accounts" was super helpful by letting me know I should not hold out any hope for a 2 minute inquiry and just get lost, he doesn't deal with that.
Walking in at 5:30. Hour and half before closing. Stacie was amazing at answering all of our questions. Working her magic to help us through the night. Stacie and Hunter both stayed past closing to help us get our phones up and running. More than 5 stars is deserved for these two!!!

Dont let them sell you the ZAGG screen protectors! The one for my watch broke after 2 days and took over 3 months and fighting with ZAGG to get a replacement and replacement cost more than what it should. Also the Sales Rep at the store told me one monthly price after getting a new phone and ended up being more after I got my bill even after a couple months. Cant call the store to chew someone's butt so had to fight with Verizon. I am going to go check out T-Mobile after being a Verizon customer for 25 years.
